The Republic Day celebration at our school began with a word of prayer by our Principal Sir, Rev. Mojesh Mohanty, followed by the felicitation of the Principal Sir and the coordinators. The National Flag was unfurled, and everyone sang the National Anthem with great pride and respect.
The Principal Sir’s speech reminded the students of their duties and responsibilities as responsible citizens of India. The teachers and students presented a melodious patriotic song, and students delivered speeches in English, Odia, and Hindi, highlighting the significance of the day.
A graceful solo dance and an energetic skating performance added colour and excitement to the celebration. Students were also honoured during the prize distribution ceremony for their achievements in academics and cultural activities.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving everyone filled with a sense of pride, unity, and patriotism

The programme featured a Prayer by our Principal Rev. Mojesh Mohanty and followed by the speech highlighting their patriotism and sacrifices in Odia,Hindi, and English ; A skating performance showcasing discipline and courage, and a patriotic song that inspired national pride. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by our students acknowledging all who contributed to the successful observance.
A seminar was conducted on Dt.12.12.2025 in New Stewart School, Cuttack, in association with KIIT KARES, Bhubaneswar, on the inspiring theme “New Minds, New Dreams: Inspiring Aspirations, Igniting Ambition.” The session was specially organized for the students of Classes IX, XI, and XII of New Stewart School.

Their valuable insights encouraged students to dream big and pursue their ambitions with confidence and clarity.

CNI Day Observation
New Stewart School observed CNI Day with reverence and enthusiasm, highlighting the values, mission, and legacy of the Church of North India.
The programme began with an opening prayer led by our Principal Sir, seeking God’s grace for the occasion. This was followed by uplifting songs presented by the teachers, setting a devotional tone.
A meaningful presentation was shared by Rev. Mojesh Mohanty and Mr. Alok Prakash Sahoo, providing students with deeper insights into the values, purpose, and history of the Church of North India. Their presentation was accompanied by a short video that helped the children understand the existence and service-oriented vision of CNI.
As part of the observation, students also shared the importance of CNI Day, adding value and participation to the event.
The programme concluded with a warm and appreciative Vote of Thanks delivered by Mrs. Sulata Behera, acknowledging the efforts of everyone involved.
